Terms of Service
Last updated 20 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Kavosh website (kavosh.com.au) and Content Autopilot, our service that prepares and schedules a business’s videos and captions to its Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts. Kavosh is a sole trader business run by Kamyar Karimi, Melbourne, Victoria (ABN 68 227 944 838). By using the app or the service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
1. What we provide
Content Autopilot lets a business’s staff send in videos, and lets the owner check and approve each post. Once the owner approves, we schedule it to the connected accounts, through a third-party posting service (Post Bridge) and each platform’s own systems. Other work we do for a business (websites, automations, setups) is agreed separately in writing, with a quote, before we start.
2. Who can use it
You must be authorised to act for the business, and you must own or be allowed to manage each Instagram, Facebook or TikTok account you connect. Keep your PINs private; what happens with them is your responsibility.
3. We only post what you approve
We publish a post only after the business owner approves it in the app. Nothing is posted without that approval. The owner can edit, skip or cancel a post up until it goes out, and can disconnect an account at any time (see our data deletion page).
4. Your content and your responsibility
- You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us permission to store, process and publish it to your accounts, only to provide the service.
- You are responsible for what you post. You confirm you have the right to use the video, music, images, names and faces in it (including permission from people who are recognisable in it), and that it is honest and not misleading.
- You must follow the rules of each platform, including the Meta and Instagram terms and community standards and the TikTok terms and community guidelines, and Australian law (including the Australian Consumer Law, privacy and advertising rules).
- We may refuse, pause or remove content, or disconnect an account, if it looks unlawful, breaks a platform’s rules, or puts the service at risk.
5. Platforms and services we depend on
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Post Bridge are not run by us. They can change their rules, features, limits or prices, refuse a post, or disconnect an account, and some connections expire and need to be renewed by the owner (for example Instagram connections lapse after about 60 days if not refreshed). We can’t promise that a post will appear at an exact time or at all, or that it will reach any number of people. Features such as TikTok’s public posting can depend on that platform’s approval of our app; until then some posts may be saved as drafts or set to private.
6. Availability
We aim to keep Content Autopilot running but it may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, faults, or problems with the platforms. Content Autopilot is a new service and may change as we improve it. We’ll give reasonable notice of any change that significantly affects you.
7. Fees
Any fee is agreed with you in writing before you pay. Prices on the website, if any, are not an offer until we confirm them. We’re not registered for GST, so no GST is added. You can stop using Content Autopilot at any time. Refunds are handled under the Australian Consumer Law and anything we agree with you in writing.
8. Your privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. It forms part of these terms.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those guarantees or any other right you have that the law doesn’t allow us to limit. For major failures you’re entitled to a replacement or refund, and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss.
10. Limits on our liability
Subject to the paragraph above, and as far as the law allows: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, reputation or data, or for anything caused by a platform, a third-party service, your content, or something outside our reasonable control. Where we are liable and the law allows us to limit it, our total liability is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied, or, if you prefer, the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the problem.
11. Ending the service
You can stop at any time by disconnecting your accounts and telling us. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the platforms’ rules, or if we stop offering the service (we’ll tell you first where we can). On ending, we delete your data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant we’ll tell connected businesses before it applies. Using the service after that means you accept the change.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and both of us submit to the courts of Victoria.
