Delete your data

Last updated 20 October 2026

This page explains how to remove your data from Kavosh, including data we received through Instagram, Facebook or TikTok when you connected an account to Content Autopilot. It applies to the Kavosh website too.

Option 1: in the app, right now

The quickest way. In the Content Autopilot app, tap the link icon at the top (Accounts on a computer). You’ll see each connected app, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. You need the owner PIN for your business to make changes.

It happens immediately, with nothing to wait for. If something can’t be removed at that moment, the app tells you and keeps it so you can run it again. We keep one short line that a deletion happened (the date and how many items, never the content) so there’s a record that your request was carried out.

Option 2: ask us to delete it

Email [email protected] from the address you used with us (or call 0450 245 741, or use the contact form) with the subject Delete my data. Please tell us:

We may check it’s really you before we act, so nobody else can delete your data. We’ll reply to confirm we’ve started, and again when it’s done.

Option 3: remove access from the platform

You can also cut off our access at any time from Instagram, Facebook or TikTok, without us. That stops us posting immediately. Then use Option 1 or 2 to have what we hold deleted.

Menus move around between app versions. If you can’t find the right screen, email us and we’ll guide you, or disconnect the accounts for you.

What we delete

How fast

In the app, straight away. If you email us, we start straight away and finish within 30 days of your request. Cloudflare’s rolling backups may hold a copy a little longer and expire on their own. We may keep invoices and payment records for the time the tax law requires; they don’t include your social media content.

What stays

Posts we already published are on your own Instagram, Facebook or TikTok account, and belong to you. Deleting our records doesn’t remove them. To remove them, delete them in the app itself. Data held by Meta, TikTok or Post Bridge under their own policies is handled by them; see their privacy settings.
