What our contact form collects

• Your name, and your business name if you add it
• Your phone number or email, whichever you give us
• Your message, if you write one, and your preferred days and times if you ask for a chat
• A scrambled code made from your internet address (not the address itself). We use it only to stop spam, for example someone sending hundreds of messages.

Why we collect it

So we can get back to you about a free demo for your business. That's all we use it for.

How it's stored

Your details are kept in a private database on Cloudflare, the service that hosts this site. Only the people at Kavosh can read them. We don't sell your details or share them with anyone for marketing. We keep them only for as long as we need them to follow up with you.

Fonts and hosting

This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, and Cloudflare handles the site's traffic, so both will see your internet address when you visit, as they do on most websites. We don't use advertising trackers.

Asking us to delete your details

Just send us a message through the contact form saying you'd like your details deleted. Please use the same name and phone or email so we can find it. We'll delete it and let you know.
